After 12 years of successful research by the members of our CRC 969 consortium the final CRC 969-Symposium on Proteostasis was held on the

9th and 10th of November 2023!

For the last time our international CRC 969-Symposium “Two Days of Proteostasis in Konstanz” 2023 brought together internationally distinguished experts working in the field of cellular proteostasis and scientists from the CRC 969 who presented and discussed their research findings and gave an overview on the development of their particular research topic during the last decade.

The topics covered different areas of proteostasis. Both, biological and chemical aspects at the forefront of proteostasis research were discussed orally and during a poster session.

Our final CRC 969-symposium was held at the Steigenberger Inselhotel in Konstanz. We celebrated the very successful research done in the last 12 years and once more created an intense atmosphere for scientific discussions and the exchange of ideas and give students and junior researchers the opportunity to contact renowned scientists in a stimulating environment.

The CRC 969 was established at the University of Konstanz in 2012. It is funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft.

Our final Symposium was sponsored by the Schickgruppe in Vaihingen/Enz and by Trenzyme in Konstanz
